Our HELOC rate is a Variable Rate based on the US Prime Rate (Wall Street Journal). You may borrow up to a combined 85% Loan to Value with no closing costs for lines of credit under $250,000.* Property Insurance is required. Get started today!

* This promotion is a limited time offer and may end at any time without notice. It is for exclusive use with a BCT Home Equity Loan or Line of Credit (HELOC) and subject to credit approval. Application must be received by June 30, 2023. The Annual Percentage Rate (APR) is a variable rate available as of 06/13/2022 and will remain at the U.S. Prime Rate (Prime) as published in the Money Rates table of the Wall Street Journal plus a margin of 1.25%. As of 3/23/2023 Prime was 8.00%. The minimum APR will not be less than 3.75%, making the effective rate of this offer 9.25%. The maximum APR will not exceed 18.00%. Closing costs will be paid by BCT up to an approved line of credit of $250,000. Lines over $250,000 may be subject to closing costs which could include transfer taxes, title insurance, appraisal, and credit reporting fees ($50-$2,500). Finance charges begin to accrue when funds are advanced. Property insurance is required on collateral.
